Job Description

We are seeking a

Principal Software Architect

with deep expertise in

React (Native & JS) and Node.js

to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance technical solutions. This role will require strong leadership, technical vision, and the ability to drive best practices across development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the
end-to-end design and development
of technical solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
Provide
technical leadership
and guidance to development teams, ensuring compliance with
architectural standards and best practices
.
Conduct
architecture assessments
, identify risks, and develop
mitigation strategies
.
Collaborate with
cross-functional teams
to define
technical roadmaps
aligned with
business objectives and industry trends
.
Evaluate and recommend
technology stacks, frameworks, and tools
to align with technical strategy and project needs.
Define and maintain
architectural principles, standards, and guidelines
to ensure consistency and quality.
Stay updated on
emerging technologies and industry trends
, continuously improving technical capabilities.
Review and approve
system designs and technical documentation
, ensuring clarity and completeness.
Identify opportunities for
process improvements, automation, and optimization
to enhance development efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree
in
Computer Science, Software Engineering
, or a related field.
12+ years of software engineering experience
, with a strong focus on
React (Native & JS) and Node.js
.
Proven expertise in
enterprise development using React, Node.js, and RESTful APIs
.
Strong knowledge of databases, particularly
PostgreSQL and Oracle
.
Experience in
mobile development
using
React Native
.
Hands-on experience with
unit testing frameworks
.
Solid understanding of
SDLC and Agile development practices
.
Strong troubleshooting and
root cause analysis (RCA) skills
.
Familiarity with
DevOps practices
and tools for
CI/CD pipelines
.
