As a Solutions Architect - Vice President, you will need to possess the following: - Extensive experience in solution architecture and design. - Tenured and senior-level experience. - Strong background in business analysis and architecture. - Functional knowledge of the end-to-end landscape to enable conceptual architecture overview. - Excellent communication skills to engage with component team architects and drive impact assessments. - Proficiency in software development methodologies and best practices. - Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Previous experience in a similar role within a large enterprise. Some desirable skills include: - Ability to shape challenges, drive roadmaps, and influence stakeholders. - Exposure to regulatory projects. You will be evaluated based on critical skills such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology expertise, as well as job-specific technical skills. The location of the role is in Pune, IN. **Purpose of the Role:** The purpose of the role is to design, develop, and implement solutions for complex business problems. This involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs, designing solutions that meet those needs, and balancing technology risks against business delivery to drive consistency. **Accountabilities:** - Design and develop solutions as products that can evolve, meeting business requirements and aligning with modern software engineering practices. - Conduct targeted design activities to maximize the benefit of cloud capabilities. - Implement best practice designs with security principles in mind to meet the bank's resiliency expectations. - Balance risks and controls to deliver business and technology value. - Support operational teams in fault finding and performance issues. - Assess solution design impacts in terms of risk, capacity, and cost. - Develop architecture inputs to comply with the bank's governance processes. **Vice President Expectations:** As a Vice President, you are expected to contribute to setting strategies, driving requirements, and making recommendations for change. You will manage resources, budgets, and policies while delivering continuous improvements.
