Solution Architect TWG Lead

As a skilled Solution Architect Technology Working Group Lead, you will be responsible for establishing, activating, and operating the Solution Architect Working Group. Your role will involve standardizing tools and practices, leading solution design, directing development, and coaching technical teams to build scalable, high-performance software solutions. You are expected to play a key role in shaping the company's technical vision and ensuring enterprise-grade architecture while collaborating with senior leadership, stakeholders, and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities: - Design scalable and maintainable architecture using .NET Core, microservices, and design patterns (SOLID, MVC, CQRS). - Translate business needs into technical solutions and architectural blueprints. - Evaluate and integrate 3rd-party and open-source tools. - Architect cloud-native apps on Azure, AWS, or GCP. - Lead CI/CD, IaC, and automation using tools like Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes. - Ensure availability, resilience, and performance across systems. - Enforce secure coding, IAM (OAuth2, Keycloak, Auth0), and compliance (ISO27001, SOC2, GDPR). - Optimize systems using Kafka, NATS, RabbitMQ, caching, and observability tools (Prometheus, ELK, Datadog). - Guide engineering teams on modern architecture and standards. - Conduct code reviews, lead agile delivery, and engage stakeholders. - Drive architecture governance and delivery excellence. Skills & Tech Stack: - Required skills include .NET Core, Azure AD, Power Platform, Azure/AWS/GCP/OCI, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Terraform, ELK Stack, OAuth2, Keycloak, Istio, Prometheus, CI/CD tools, and Agile/SAFe frameworks. Experience: - You should have 10+ years of experience in software development, 5+ years in architecture leadership, and 4+ years in microservices, API gateway, and distributed systems. Qualifications: - A Bachelors/Masters degree in CS, IT, or related field is required. - Preferred certifications include Microsoft/AWS/Azure DevOps Certifications, CKA, DRCS.
