Solution Architect TWG Lead

As a skilled Solution Architect Technology Working Group Lead, your role will involve establishing, activating, and operating the Solution Architect Working Group. You will lead the standardization of tools and practices, guide solution design, oversee development, and mentor technical teams in building scalable, high-performance software solutions. Your contribution will be crucial in shaping the company's technical vision and ensuring enterprise-grade architecture through collaboration with senior leadership, stakeholders, and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities: - Design scalable and maintainable architecture using .NET Core, microservices, and design patterns such as SOLID, MVC, and CQRS. - Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architectural blueprints. - Evaluate and integrate 3rd-party and open-source tools to enhance the architecture. - Architect cloud-native applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP. - Lead Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automation using tools like Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes. - Ensure system availability, resilience, and performance by implementing best practices. - Enforce secure coding practices, IAM (OAuth2, Keycloak, Auth0), and compliance standards like ISO27001, SOC2, and GDPR. - Optimize systems using technologies like Kafka, NATS, RabbitMQ, caching, and observability tools such as Prometheus, ELK, and Datadog. - Provide guidance to engineering teams on modern architecture and standards. - Conduct code reviews, drive agile delivery, and engage stakeholders effectively. - Uphold architecture governance and strive for delivery excellence. Skills & Tech Stack: - Proficiency in .NET Core, Azure AD, Power Platform, Azure/AWS/GCP/OCI, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and React/Angular/Next.js (preferred). - Familiarity with Terraform, ELK Stack, OAuth2, Keycloak, Istio, Prometheus, CI/CD tools, and Agile/SAFe frameworks. Experience: - 10+ years in software development. - 5+ years in architecture leadership. - 4+ years in microservices, API gateway, and distributed systems. Qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Preferred certifications: Microsoft/AWS/Azure DevOps, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), Disaster Recovery Certified Specialist (DRCS).
