Solution Architect - Senior Manager

As a Senior Manager of Solution Architecture at our company, you will be instrumental in leading the design of future-ready platforms across CRM, eCommerce, digital sales, S/4 transformation, and more. In this role, you will: - Lead a team of Solution Architects across key commercial domains - Drive the design of robust, business-aligned solutions - Ensure long-term system operability and architectural consistency - Collaborate closely with product teams and enterprise architecture Main Responsibilities: - Define comprehensive and robust technology solutions for multiple medium- and high-complexity teams - Ensure technology solutions are aligned with Enterprise Architecture principles - Design large, integrated solutions in collaboration with other architects - Provide high-level technical assurance for delivered technology solutions - Support the definition of guardrails, standards, and solution patterns - Review and advise on complex and/or high-risk solutions - Collaborate with Functional Consultants and Developers to troubleshoot technical issues - Maintain a repository of solution architecture artefacts and reusable components - Act as a subject matter expert in solution design - Advocate for solution/component reusability - Document and model existing solutions/systems architecture - Provide coaching to new or junior Solution Architects Skills / Knowledge / Experience: - Over 8 years of experience in designing comprehensive and robust technology solutions - Deep understanding of relevant technology landscape (e.g., SAP Hybris, HubSpot, SAP SD, .net applications, SAP MM, SAP FICO, CAD/CAM) - Experience in providing technical assurance for delivered solutions - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to anticipate medium to long-term implications of architectural decisions - Able to operate with high autonomy - Able to translate complex technology ideas to non-conversant Business stakeholders - Knowledgeable of latest technology trends and vendor landscape - Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies - Hands-on coding skills in relevant programming languages preferred - Ability to mentor and grow future Solution Architect talent - Certified in TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent certifications preferred Our company values diversity and inclusivity, where bright ideas come from all.
