Solution Architect - SAP FICO- SAP Studio

We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert/ Solution Architect with expertise in SAP FICO for our SAP Studio located in Pune, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, and Indore. You will be responsible for suggesting tools and technologies that best match the requirements of clients and stakeholders, ensuring that technical solutions meet project requirements, and defining architectural best practices for projects. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development, testing, and implementation of technical solutions, influencing teams to achieve their goals, and formulating strategic measures for team success. As a solution owner, you will lead the building of solutions on the platform, own RFPs and proposals, and define technical profiles and standards. Furthermore, you will manage and lead the SAP practice, strategizing talent discovery, retention, reskilling, and upskilling efforts. You will ensure that designs, approaches, and standards are scalable across multiple projects, conduct technical design reviews, and complete performance assessments for your team. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 14 years of experience in designing and developing enterprise SAP solutions, particularly in SAP S/4HANA Finance and related modules. You must possess expertise in SAP Finance modules such as FI, CO, AA, and Treasury and Risk Management, and have experience in implementing SAP Finance projects, ensuring data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance. Moreover, you should have a track record of leading larger teams, driving large-scale projects, and working collaboratively with stakeholders and clients. Your ability to plan solutions, estimate project timelines, and adapt to new technologies and business models will be essential. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, managerial, and communication skills are also required for this role.
