Solution Architect (Odoo / .NET) - Freelancer

As a Digital Transformation Solution Architect (Odoo / .NET) Freelancer with over 10 years of experience in CRM, ERP, Data Integration, and AI Solutions, your main responsibility will be to lead the digital transformation process of outdated CRM, configurator, and sales systems. You will be tasked with designing and implementing a robust, scalable, and secure solution either based on Odoo ERP or a .NET custom platform. This solution should integrate AI-enhanced tools while ensuring compliance with GDPR and maintaining enterprise-grade security standards. Your key responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end architecture of CRM and ERP systems, replacing legacy PHP-based systems and unstable internal tools, designing and implementing an AI-enhanced vehicle configurator and data integration system, developing centralized platforms for CRM, configurator, pricing, and offer workflows, automating quotation, offer, and contract generation, integrating with third-party tools like 3CX telephony, external crawlers, and AI modules, ensuring GDPR compliance, centralized logging, and secure data practices, as well as collaborating closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to align technical architecture with business needs. To excel in this role, you must have proven experience in Odoo ERP or .NET-based custom platform architecture, a strong background in CRM/ERP implementations and system migration, knowledge of AI/ML concepts for data validation, cleansing, and automation, experience with data integration tools such as APIs, crawlers, and third-party platforms like Jato Dynamics, a strong understanding of GDPR, compliance protocols, and secure architecture, experience in telephony integration preferably with systems like 3CX, familiarity with modular, web-accessible configurator tools, as well as excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. It would be nice to have exposure to automotive industry platforms or configurators, experience with GPT-based validation tools or AI-based duplicate detection, or prior involvement in digital transformation projects or enterprise modernization.
