Position: Solution Architect Job Location: Bangalore Job Mode: Work From Office Experience: 7+ Years Duration: 12 Months Job Description Role and Responsibilities This role will help onboard merchants onto the platforms, manage technical integrations with partners to meet tight deadlines while maintaining good performance of integrated services and product experiences. Support partner integrations Support engagement with partners to onboard to Metas platforms and products, and align on the integration model and specification Support internal teams in resolving partner-facing issues during testing or integration phases. Work with internal teams to understand and align on the API specification documentation to efficiently work with the partners. Integration Management 1. Project Management Track and oversee multiple integration projects simultaneously, ensuring that they meet target milestones and deadlines. Generate regular reports on the status of ongoing integrations, including progress, issues, and blockers. 2. Technical Support Proactively identify, address, and escalate any integration issues and blockers, working closely with partners and internal cross-functional teams to find solutions and keep projects on track. Ability to read technical docs, analyze logs to provide necessary inputs required for the partner to debug and resolve technical issues during integration Able to drive the technical conversations in new feature alignment and troubleshooting sessions with partners. 3. Quality Assurance Lead the integration testing efforts for the integrated product experience across multiple partners Test, report, and drive issues from investigation to closure. Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously 4. Merchant onboarding Understand and apply knowledge of our products, technologies, and business to guide merchants to onboard to our platform efficiently. Walking merchants through the technical details of Meta's platform and products, and resolving issues during onboarding Work closely with partner teams to unlock new opportunities by developing a deep understanding of business goals and merchant demands. Coordinate technical communication with the partner Engage with partner teams to drive timely planning, progress tracking, closure of open issues, risks, and any development requests. Willingness to visit the partner location locally, for integration or quick resolution of issues. Requirements Bachelor's in computer science, information technology, or related field. 7+ years of experience in solutions engineering, site reliability, DevOps, vendor support, etc. Prior experience in any programming language. Prior experience in writing SQL for troubleshooting/data analysis. Understanding troubleshooting issues with integrations (familiar with API, HTTP, REST, JSON, etc.) Good communication skills. Able to effectively manage technical communication with partners and engage internal teams for escalations. Ability to quickly understand our products and partner integrations. Flexible to work during odd hours if need arises, based on outage or system issues at the partner end. Good to have: Experience working with payment partners.
