- Years of Experience: Minimum 12 to 14 years
- Job Experience: Enterprise Application solution design experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Architect
- Educational: BE/BTech or MTech: Computer Science Engineering or Engineering in similar stream from leading institutes.
Primary Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities
- Design efficient & scalable Product of End-to-End Solution integrated with Automation, Application AI, Power Platforms, Org native Apps & Systems
- Implement solutions in vision of Agentic Process Automation Hyper & Intelligent Automation, with efficient AI agents working with Mutli-Bot Architecture for Real-time adaptation
- Keep up to date with Industry standards of Application, Automation releases in respective technology for applying to improved solutions in alignment with the Enterprise IT roadmap
- Train and mentor team members in different tools and techniques, contribute to reusable components, and support governance, security, and CoE (Center of Excellence) practices across the Power Platform ecosystem
- Strong understanding of CoE (Center of Excellence) practices across the Power Platform ecosystem (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Responsible for Solutions with Automation, Application, deployment, coordinating UAT, and proper technical sign-off for production go live, conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and ensure quality standards are met
- Deliver quick POCs to perform feasibility study in providing solutions to complex problems
- Develop solutions using RPA Tools: Power Automate Cloud, Power Automate Desktop flows, Automation Anywhere
- Source control (via Azure DevOps or GitHub), and environment promotion strategies
- Understand the Requirement & communicate effectively the specifications, architecture/Design details, and flowcharts to have end-user alignment to deliver quality solution, handle stake holder meetings
- Implement Role level Authentication & Authorization, security, adopt Azure services
Mandatory Skills Needed To Perform The Job
- 4+ Yrs of hands-on experience as Application Solution Architect , 2 Yr+ of hands on experience in RPA solutioning ,end-to-end lifecycle automation solutions with Power Automate Cloud & Desktop, Automation Anywhere
- 7+ yrs of core Automation (Power Automate, Automation Anywhere) / Application developer experience in Experience in implementing Intelligent Automation integrating with Generative AI, GPT's Open AI
- Excellent understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, & design patterns
- Experience in designing solution of Application, Automation using Azure platforms, integration with AI/ML Models integrating with SharePoint, OneDrive, Network folders for file movements, Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, third party APIs, and on-premises systems using connectors, custom APIs, and data gateways
- Hands-on experience in developing solutions with capabilities of OCR, Email, Excel Advanced, API's, SAP GUI, BAPI, Database, Web UI and Windows applications
- Experience in modelling databases for Automations (RDBMS, Open-source DB)
- Experience in handling the data and working with MS fabric or any Lake House
- Documentation & Communication: Requirements Gathering, Business Proposal/BRD, TDD/SDD, As-Is & To-Be Flow, Technical Presentation, Incident/Problem/Change Management
- Hands-On working experience in Power Automate & its AI Builder, Copilot / Automation Anywhere (AA) & its IQ BOT
- Proficient in VB Macro, Excel formulas, Python programming, Json & xml
- Well versed with agile methodologies for delivery and used tools like Jira, Azure devops/git etc.
- Good skills in managing Stakeholders (internal and external) Expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, able to communicate with cross-function global teams.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. On-site Flex you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. Virtual Flex you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
