Role: Solution Architect

Work Location: Noida (Sec-64)

Workdays: 5 days (Work from Office)

Position Overview:

As a Technology Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of robust, scalable, and high-performance technology solutions. You will ensure that our solutions meet business objectives, adhere to best practices, and are delivered within the constraints of the project environment. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including project management, business analysis, and development teams, to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design Principles: Apply design principles, approaches, and processes to enable high-quality outputs and delivery.
• Solution Architecture Development: Develop solution architectures that incorporate the concerns of business, data, application, and technology domain architectures.
• Project Constraints: Develop solutions that can be delivered within the constraints of the project or operating environment.
• Dependency Management: Ensure that solution dependencies and implications are considered (e.g., skills, feasibility, performance, security, maintainability, extensibility, reuse, strategic fit, global alignment).
• Non-Functional Requirements: Define and manage non-functional requirements and work with project teams to ensure these requirements are met.

Technical Expertise:

1. Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level technology solutions.

2. Strong proficiency in programming languages (.Net is a must).

3. Deep understanding of architectural design patterns, including microservices, cloud-native architectures, and service-oriented architecture (SOA).

4. Expertise in Azure cloud platforms (AWS, GCP bonus), database management, and API-driven development.

• Architecture Governance: Own and manage architecture governance and conduct regular architecture reviews.
• Communication: Communicate architectures and concepts to other technology and business teams as appropriate and at different organizational levels.
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with the project management and business analysis teams to ensure development projects are executed and managed effectively to meet deadlines, budgets, and outcomes.
• Support: Provide support to business analysts and other project team members during functional/non-functional requirements definition to ensure they are technically achievable and feasible within project constraints.

Pre-Sales Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Engagement: Work with product stakeholders to analyze functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Solution Development: Develop end-to-end solutions involving multiple products, ensuring security and performance benchmarks are established, achieved, and maintained.

Proof of Concepts (POCs): Develop POCs to demonstrate the feasibility and benefits of proposed solutions.

Client Communication: Communicate system requirements and solution architecture to clients and stakeholders, providing technical assistance and guidance throughout the pre-sales process.

Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver technical presentations to prospective clients, demonstrating how proposed solutions meet their needs and requirements.

Additional Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Technology Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring the use of best practices and innovative solutions.

Integration Management: Oversee the integration of solutions with existing systems and third-party applications, ensuring seamless interoperability and data flow.

Performance Optimization: Ensure solutions are optimized for performance, scalability, and security, addressing any technical challenges that arise.

Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality assurance standards, conducting regular reviews and testing to ensure robustness and reliability.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the architecture, design decisions, and technical specifications.

Mentoring: Mentor fellow developers and team leads, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Certification

- Relevant certifications such as Azure Certified Solutions Architect (MUST), TOGAF, or equivalent are a plus.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in technology architecture, with a focus on developing scalable and high-performance solutions.

Technical Expertise: Proficient in architectural frameworks, cloud computing, database management, and web technologies. Experience with [specific technologies or platforms] is a plus.

Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex requirements and design scalable solutions.

Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams, with excellent project management skills.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
