Position: Solution Architect Location: Kochi, Kerala Experience Required: 8-10 years Minimum Qualification: B.Tech or MCA About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions centered around Generative AI. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI technologies and a proven ability to design scalable, robust systems. You will be responsible for shaping the technical direction of projects, ensuring the successful integration of AI models with business applications, and acting as a technical advisor to both clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Architect and design AI-driven solutions that address client needs, with a focus on Generative AI models. Translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical architectures. Provide technical leadership across all project phases, from solution design to implementation and deployment. Collaborate with clients to understand their challenges and define tailored AI solutions. Lead the integration of AI models into existing platforms, ensuring seamless deployment and system performance. Work closely with development teams to ensure adherence to best practices and the successful execution of project deliverables. Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of AI applications. Stay ahead of technology trends in the AI and ML space, integrating new approaches and techniques where applicable. Act as the primary point of contact for technical discussions, solution validation, and troubleshooting with clients. Mentor and guide engineering teams to enhance their skills in AI architecture, solution design, and best practices. Create and maintain architecture documentation and provide continuous feedback to improve solution designs. Engage in pre-sales activities , offering technical expertise to prospective clients and contributing to proposal development. Ensure all AI systems comply with regulatory, security, and business standards. Work with cross-functional teams to evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms, and tools that enhance AI capabilities. Required Qualifications and Experience: Education: B.Tech or MCA. Experience: 8-10 years in designing and implementing technical solutions, with at least 2 years of experience in AI or related fields. Strong background in solution architecture, designing scalable and high-performance systems. Experience in working with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. Familiarity with languages and technologies like NodeJS, Python, Angular, MongoDB, and Redis . Solid understanding of agile methodologies and ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment. Strong client-facing skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Generative AI technologies, including working with models like GPT, DALL-E , or BERT . Experience in cloud architectures, including Azure, AWS, or GCP , particularly in deploying AI solutions at scale. Proven experience in leading multiple teams and ensuring seamless project delivery. A background in AI ethics, model governance, or regulatory compliance is a plus. Location: Kochi, Kerala
