Solution Architect / Designer

As a Solution Architect/Solution Designer at SST Global, your primary role will involve: - Collecting, collating, analyzing, developing, agreeing, and documenting network, perimeter, and environmental solution requirements. - Identifying and delineating the essential building blocks, designing, and documenting the integration points that constitute the end-to-end solution. - Working collaboratively across Architecture, Engineering, and Service teams to define functional specifications and operating parameters. - Ensuring a consensus on the performance of customer experience parameters related to network and perimeter solutions. - Engaging with component design and service teams to steer their output towards a cohesive solution that can be automated and operated effectively. - Utilizing your experience with network devices and element manager integrations across fixed and wireless domains. - Handling collections, discovery, inventory, and automation products integration. Qualifications required for this role include: - 8-10 years of experience in OSS & Tools Product Management. - Strong expertise in network solutions and integrations. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
