Solution Architect

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and implementation of innovative, scalable, and secure solutions using Java and related technologies.

2. Partner with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

3. Research and recommend technology stacks, frameworks, and best practices to enhance application performance and scalability.

4. Develop detailed design architecture and guidelines for software development teams to follow.

5. Provide technical mentorship and leadership to engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and DevOps Engineers, to deliver seamless software solutions.

7. Ensure all architectural frameworks and solutions adhere to industry best practices, security standards, and compliance regulations.

8. Troubleshoot issues in applications and systems, providing robust and practical solutions.

9. Continuously evaluate and integrate new technologies to future-proof enterprise systems.

10. Drive innovation initiatives and contribute to the overall technology strategy.

Requirements:

8+ years

2. Strong proficiency in Java and its related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate, or similar).

3. Expertise in designing highly scalable, distributed, and fault-tolerant applications.
