Solution Architect - Backend Development

As a Solution Architect for our Gen AI SaaS product located at Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune, you will play a crucial role in leading the design and implementation of the microservices architecture. You will be responsible for creating scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions in a dynamic and collaborative work setting. Your key responsibilities will include designing and overseeing the microservices architecture for our product, making decisions on technology selection, performance optimization, and security strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align architecture with business objectives, mentoring teams on best practices, and ensuring continuous improvement. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing detailed architectural documentation and enforcing standards within the architecture. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in software architecture focusing on SaaS and microservices. You should possess expertise in Java, Python, Go, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. Deep knowledge of microservices, APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and databases is essential, along with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with domain-driven design (DDD), event-driven architecture (EDA), and AI/ML integration is preferred.
