Role Overview : We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Architect with deep expertise in Generative AI (GenAI), cloud infrastructure (GCP & AWS ), and modern application stacks to lead the architectural design of enterprise-grade solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a full-stack mindset with proficiency in Python, Node.js, Java, ReactJS , and an understanding of mobile platforms (Flutter, Android, iOS) . This role requires hands-on architectural design, cross-functional leadership, the ability to create technical proposals, and the capacity to align business goals with scalable and secure technology strategies. Key Responsibilities: Lead architecture design and solutioning for enterprise applications, AI systems, and modern digital platforms. Define and own the technical roadmap for GenAI-powered applications and integrations. Design scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures using GCP and AWS services. Work closely with product managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into solution blueprints. Drive the design and implementation of APIs and microservices using Node.js, Java, or Python. Oversee front-end architecture using ReactJS, and contribute to mobile solution designs with an understanding of Flutter or native platforms. Collaborate with data scientists and MLOps teams to productionize AI/ML and GenAI models. Champion best practices in software architecture, DevOps, and system design patterns. Conduct architectural reviews, code walkthroughs, and ensure adherence to quality, performance, and security standards. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years in software development and architecture roles with at least 3 years in a technical leadership position. Strong hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG pipelines, OpenAI/VertexAI integration). Deep knowledge of cloud platforms: GCP (Vertex AI, Cloud Run, BigQuery, etc.), AWS (Lambda, S3, SageMaker, etc.). Expertise in backend development using Python, Node.js, and Java. Solid understanding of front-end architectures using ReactJS. Experience or understanding of mobile application development using Flutter, React Native, etc. Proficiency in designing microservices, event-driven architectures, and API-first systems. Understanding of enterprise-level compliance (GDPR, HIPAA), security, scalability, and data governance. Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation). Strong communication and leadership skills with a track record of leading technical discussions and mentoring engineers. Preferred Experience: Past experience in enterprise consulting or solution architecture for mid-high enterprise or high-growth SaaS/startups. Experience building AI agents, conversational AI, or multi-modal GenAI applications. Certification in GCP or AWS architecture (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect). Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments.
