Solution Architect - AI ChatBot

Opportunity for an AI Chatbot Solution architect/designer. Job Title: A Solution AI Chatbot Architect / Designer. No. of Positions 1 Role Architect Job Location: Chennai - Olympia Tech Park - 8th Floor. Experience: between 15 years to 20 years. Employment Type: Full Time - Direct Payroll. Work Timing: 12.30 pm to 10.00 pm. Work mode - 5 days a week initially, till the candidate gets hold of the project and its expectations. Department AI Team Domain/Vertical - Banking. Notice Period: Immediate joiners to 20 days preferred Job Description Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI solutions. Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Collaborate with different stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals. Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with data privacy regulations. Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and risk management. Identify and resolve technical challenges to ensure timely delivery. Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed. T asks that the candidate should be good enough: Solution Development API Integration Integrate communication and collaboration platforms like MS Teams, Outlook, Gmail, or Slack. Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API, Google APIs (Gmail/Calendar), or similar APIs for messaging and collaboration tools. Experience with system-level programming, including sockets, Windows Services, and low-level OS interactions. Charting: . Customisation and Extension Data Management Testing and Optimisation Documentation and Training: Document solution architecture and development processes, and provide end-user training as needed to enhance solution adoption. Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to capture requirements and design effective solutions. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python or Java Experience with both relational (e.g., SQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases. Experience in writing complex queries, joins, Views, and Procedures Query optimisation knowledge Experience with reinforcement learning or generative AI models (e.g., GPT). Cloud platform experiences (OpenShift Platform is nice to have). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Proven track record of delivering AI/ML-based products, preferably in chatbot or conversational AI. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Nice to have: Knowledge of chatbot platforms like Microsoft Bot Framework. Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
