Job Description

As a Senior Consulting Leader at Accenture, your role will involve seeding and leading a function/industry team focused on providing solution architecting support, with a particular emphasis on the top priority industries in cost transformation and productivity solutions. Your experience in leading or supporting Cost Transformation projects will be crucial in helping to reduce, right size, and optimize costs across the P&L. This includes expertise in sourcing, process transformation, technology optimization, demand management, and other cost-related value levers. Your contributions will play a critical role in shaping deals, developing strategic proposals, and preparing client-facing materials to enable our client teams in selling consulting work. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide high-touch sales support to industry and cost transformation stakeholders, focusing on solving problems for clients" industrial value chain. - Support annual planning to outline sales targets, target clients, and enhance sales assets. - Conduct ongoing research to identify target companies over the next 6-12 months. - Support sales/pipeline reviews with leaders. - Prepare for and support initial conversations with potential clients. - Define proposal response requirements and the best sales messaging approach. - Bring the latest knowledge and best content to each opportunity, such as industry trends, benchmarking, and competitive insights. - Help shape the overall solution to best fit deal requirements. - Prepare and lead orals with innovative sales approaches to differentiate Accenture. - Develop go-to-market approach/assets and maintain a global repository of sales assets. - Conduct reviews with client teams to improve sales and deliverables. - Stay updated through training, research, client interaction, and feedback sessions. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in solutioning and delivering cost transformation and strategic projects. - Ability to analyze and evaluate clients" needs to deliver customized solutions. - Business strategy expertise in leading/managing initiatives and developing project plans. - 10+ years of experience within priority industries related to cost transformation. - Bachelor's degree in business or engineering. - Experience in sales or consulting at a top-tier consulting firm. - Fluency in English (oral and written). - Willingness to support/mirror working hours for the supported region. - Flexibility with working hours to meet shifting business needs. - Good internet connectivity and a distraction-free work environment following local guidelines.,
