Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Solar Technical Trainer & Field Project Officer. The responsibilities include conducting technical training sessions, developing training materials, and effectively communicating technical concepts to trainees. The intern will assist with field projects, offer guidance on solar installation processes, and collaborate with team members to ensure project objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Training and experience as a Technical Trainer
• Skills in Training & Development and the ability to deliver engaging learning experiences
• Strong Communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly
• Ability to work effectively in remote environments and coordinate with teams
• Familiarity with solar technology and installation processes is a plus
