Solar Site Engineer

You are invited to join our team as a Solar PV Installation, Commissioning, O&M, and Net Metering Installation Engineer with over 2 years of experience in the field of solar energy. Your primary responsibilities will include the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar PV systems on residential, commercial, or industrial rooftops, as well as the configuration of net metering systems. Your key responsibilities will involve surveying the installation location to ensure suitability, verifying the proper functioning of installed PV systems, preparing detailed Bill of Materials (BOM), ensuring all work is conducted safely and in compliance with regulations and company policies, monitoring project progress to ensure timely completion within budget, handling installations of RCC type and Tin shed type structures of a minimum capacity of 100 kW, providing daily work progress reports, managing net metering and documentation, and conducting installations and commissioning works across various sectors nationwide. In addition, you should possess knowledge of safety protocols and regulations pertaining to working at heights, electrical installations, and construction sites. A Bachelor's degree/diploma or equivalent qualification in electrical, renewable energy, or related fields is preferred for this role. You should have your own vehicle and be willing to work full-time on a permanent basis. The offered salary ranges from Rs. 22,000 to 24,000 CTC per month.
