Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Solar Service Technician. The position is located in Churu, although some work from home is acceptable. The Solar Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing solar energy systems, troubleshooting technical issues, providing field services at installation sites, and delivering high-quality customer service. Day-to-day tasks include routine maintenance, repairs, on-site inspections, and responding to service calls to ensure optimal system performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Maintenance & Repair and Routine Maintenance
• Proficient in Troubleshooting technical issues
• Field Service experience, with capability to work on-site
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of solar energy systems and IoT applications is a plus
• Relevant certifications or technical training in solar energy systems
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is desirable
