Job Description

As a Solar PV Engineer, your role involves designing, evaluating, implementing, and optimizing photovoltaic (PV) system projects. You will cover the entire process, including PV modules, inverters, mounting systems, and monitoring systems. Your combination of PV technology, energy system analysis, and project management skills will ensure efficient, reliable, economical, and sustainable PV power generation systems. Key Responsibilities: - PV System Design and Planning: Design PV module layout, electrical systems, mounting structure, and grid connection schemes based on project requirements. - Resource Assessment and Performance Prediction: Assess solar irradiance, terrain conditions, and meteorological data to predict the PV system's capacity and revenue. - Technical Solution Development: Develop photovoltaic system technical specifications, construction drawings, material lists, and equipment selection plans for system efficiency and reliability. - Project Construction and Integration Support: Coordinate with electrical, civil, and mechanical teams to ensure installation complies with design specifications and safety standards. - Equipment Selection and Supplier Management: Evaluate suppliers of inverters, photovoltaic modules, mounting systems, and key equipment; participate in procurement plan development. - System Commissioning and Performance Verification: Participate in system commissioning, grid connection testing, and performance verification for stable system operation. - Project Management Support: Assist in controlling construction progress, cost, and quality, and resolve on-site technical issues promptly. - Policy and Standard Compliance: Ensure project legality and compliance with national and local photovoltaic power generation policies, grid connection standards, and industry regulations. - Technology Research and Optimization: Track new photovoltaic technologies, materials, and propose optimization plans for system performance. - Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Technical Support: Provide technical support and advice to sales, bidding, finance, and operations teams. Job Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Energy Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Master's degree preferred. - Work Experience: 2-5 years in photovoltaic system design, construction, or operation and maintenance. Experience with large-scale projects preferred. Skills: - Proficient in photovoltaic system design software such as PVsyst, AutoCAD, HOMER, MATLAB. - Familiar with photovoltaic module design principles, inverters, electrical wiring, and support systems. - Capable of system performance analysis, capacity forecasting, and economic evaluation. - Familiar with photovoltaic project construction and operation processes. - Good English reading and writing skills for international standards and technical documents. Personal Qualities: - Systemic thinking and innovative awareness. - Excellent communication, coordination, and cross-team collaboration skills. - Willingness to adapt to domestic and international business trips and on-site project work.,
