• Quality Incharge
• Maintenance & Utility Incharge.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor various solar panel manufacturing machinery and processes (stringing, lamination, framing, testing, quality checking, utility maintenance)
• Ensure production compliance with SOPs and safety standards
• Support quality control by identifying and reporting process deviations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for daily production and maintenance needs
• Keep accurate records and follow work instructions

Requirements:

• Education: B.Tech / Diploma / ITI in Engineering or relevant field
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in solar Panel manufacturing
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work in a plant environment in Surat

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
