Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Manufacturing Professional, located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Solar Manufacturing Professional will be responsible for overseeing the production process of solar panels, ensuring quality control, managing the assembly line, and maintaining manufacturing equipment. Additional duties include adhering to safety standards, optimizing production efficiency, and collaborating with the engineering team to improve manufacturing techniques. Qualifications Knowledge and experience in solar panel manufacturing processes and techniques Quality control and assurance skills Experience in managing and operating manufacturing equipment Understanding of safety standards and protocols Ability to optimize production efficiency and improve manufacturing techniques Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong teamwork and communication skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field Experience in the energy sector or renewable energy industry is a plus Show more Show less
