We're Hiring: Site Engineer – Solar Projects
Location: Rajasthan (Project-Based)
Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Electrical
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month
Food and accommodation provided at site.
Mandatory experience in Solar Rooftop.
We’re looking for a dedicated and hands-on Site Engineer to join our Project Execution team for managing multiple rooftop and ground-mounted solar installations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise solar project execution at multiple sites
* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
* Ensure quality and safety compliance on-site
* Assist in testing, commissioning, and project handover
* Maintain daily reports, documentation, and material logs
Desired Profile:
* Strong understanding of solar PV and electrical systems
* Comfortable with frequent travel and field work
* Capable of solving on-site issues independently
* Familiar with net metering, DISCOM liaison, and safety protocols
* Working knowledge of MS Office, basic AutoCAD, Tally, and electrical tools
