Job Description

Role Overview: As a Dy Manager/Manager Bid Support/Estimation at Enerparc AG, your main responsibility will be to conduct detailed site surveys, prepare detailed BOM for SPV system, PV layout, SLD, PV system simulation, interact with vendors, and estimate costs effectively. Your role will also involve detailed engineering experiences, making you highly preferred for the position. Key Responsibilities: - Single point responsibility for bid estimation/proposal during the business development process for ground/roof-mounted solar systems. - Prepare detailed system design conceptualization, optimum generation data, PV layouts, bill of material, SLDs, and tender documents. - Interact with vendors, prepare optimum cost estimations, and support the BD team with necessary inputs. - Attend customer meetings, manage time efficiently, and take the initiative to contribute to the growing business. - Adapt yourself to different cultures and new projects, ensuring on-time preparation and submission of required documents. Qualifications Required: - BE in Electrical Engineering - 5-8 years of solar work experience in design and engineering, with a preference for 4 years of bid estimation experience - Expertise in running PVSYST, PVSol software tools, Helioscope, AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Solar Labs - Proficiency in MS Office package and a comprehensive understanding of solar system design and optimization - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and spoken - Hands-on experience in designing and implementing commercial solar projects - Strong planning, organizational abilities, attention to detail, and time management skills - Market insight, customer-centric attitude, innovative mindset, and ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders effectively Additional Company Details: Enerparc AG is a global expert in developing, engineering, building, and operating ground mount as well as roof mount photovoltaic (PV) systems.
