Solar Appointment Setter Expert

Qualifications

• Experience in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
• Proven skills in Lead Generation
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent Customer Service capabilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience in the solar industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field is preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to warm and cold leads in the Australian market.
• Engage potential customers in meaningful conversations about solar energy solutions.
• Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, eligibility, and interest.
• Set confirmed appointments for the sales team and ensure smooth handover of information.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM system.
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.
• Build rapport with prospects to maximize conversion rates.
• Provide feedback and market insights to the sales and management team.
