Role Description We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Solar Appointment Setter Expert to join our remote team. The role involves engaging with potential customers over the phone, qualifying leads, and setting up appointments for our solar consultants. You will be working with an Australian client base and must be comfortable handling outbound calls in a professional and persuasive manner.Shift time is from 5:30am to 2:30pm, following the Australian process. Qualifications Experience in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling Proven skills in Lead Generation Strong Communication skills Excellent Customer Service capabilities Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Experience in the solar industry is an advantage Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field is preferred Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to warm and cold leads in the Australian market. Engage potential customers in meaningful conversations about solar energy solutions. Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, eligibility, and interest. Set confirmed appointments for the sales team and ensure smooth handover of information. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM system. Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets. Build rapport with prospects to maximize conversion rates.
