Software Testing Analyst

As a talented software testing analyst, you will be responsible for understanding and analyzing complex business logics. Your role will involve working closely with software designers and program managers to comprehend the product's objectives, key features, and target users. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing project requirements, business logic, and end-user deliverables from the Software Requirements Specification (SRS) - Reviewing and providing feedback on test case specifications, test plans, bug reports, and setup/configuration issues - Demonstrating good problem-solving and analytical skills - Exhibiting strong communication, collaboration, and team-building skills - Supporting development technical leads, support engineers, and professional service engineers with technical issues related to the project The qualifications required for this role are: - Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in software testing - Expertise in developing Test Scenarios, Test Plans, and Test Cases - Experience in various types of testing such as Functional Testing, GUI Testing, Performance Testing, Backend Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT of Windows and Web Applications - Previous experience in mobile device applications and responsive website testing - Proficiency in defect tracking systems and bug life cycle management using automation tools like Bugzilla, TTP, Mantis, or Issue Tracker - Familiarity with manual and automated testing using at least one automation tool - Knowledge of tools like QTP, Selenium, Load Runner, etc. - Understanding of software development processes and business approaches - Strong judgment, writing, communication, and consultancy skills - Ability to work effectively in a team or independently - Capability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,
