Software Tester/Automation Tester with Cypress

As an experienced Software Tester specializing in automation testing with Cypress, you will be responsible for ensuring thorough test coverage of web and mobile applications using Cypress. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing automated testing using Cypress - Designing, developing, and maintaining functional test cases and test data - Integrating test scripts with continuous integration tools like Jenkins - Executing test plans, conducting manual functional and exploratory testing - Collaborating with developers and product owners to review test plans and cases - Writing requirements and creating scenarios for performance and load testing In order to qualify for this role, you must have: - Minimum 3 years of experience using Cypress for automation testing on web-based and mobile applications - Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) - Proficiency in various testing types including Functional, Regression, UI, Usability, and Cross-Browser testing - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps or Jira Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have strong reporting and documentation skills to effectively communicate testing outcomes.
