About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Software Testing Trainer to join our training division. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge in both manual and automation testing and a strong desire to mentor and guide aspiring QA professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions in manual and automation testing
• Train students on tools such as Selenium, Postman, JMeter, Appium, Burp Suite, etc.
• Design and update training materials, assignments, and real-time projects
• Provide one-on-one mentorship and guidance to students
• Evaluate learners through tests, project reviews, and feedback
• Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and trends

Key Tools to be Covered

• Automation & Manual: Selenium, JMeter, Appium
• API & Security: Postman, Burp Suite
• Project Tools: Jira, GitLab
• Languages/Database: Python/Java basics, MySQL

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing
• Prior experience as a trainer or mentor in software testing
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage and motivate students
• Proficiency in Malayalam and English preferred
