Software Test Engineer

We are expanding our testing team and are seeking individuals to engage in intermediate to complex software testing activities, including test system development. In this role, you will work under the guidance of the Test Project Manager or related work team to develop tests within assigned programs and contribute to the creation of new test procedures. The primary focus is on delivering high-quality products in a meticulous manner. Your responsibilities will include developing test automation code for the Pharma suite MES Application using the Marathon tool. A strong background in Java coding and test automation is required, along with an understanding of DevOps concepts like build development via Jenkins and code repository management. Familiarity with Agile and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) is essential, and experience in MES and Industrial Automation systems will be advantageous. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Product development team to comprehend new functionalities. - Create test automation code. - Conduct peer reviews of test automation scripts. - Implement technical configurations for building using Jenkins. - Report to the Manager - Solution Architect. - Undertake code modifications or updates based on functionalities. Requirements: - Bachelor of Engineering/BCA/MCA. - Proficiency in Automation Test Development. - 3-6 years of relevant experience. - Strong Java development skills. - Experience with Jenkins and GitHub. Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with Marathon Tool.
