Software Test Engineer

As a QA Engineer with 4-8 years of experience, your role will involve test planning, execution, defect tracking, and mentoring junior team members in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead manual testing for web, mobile, and enterprise applications. - Design and execute test cases and scripts. - Manage defects using Azure DevOps or Jira. - Perform various testing types: functional, regression, UI, integration, etc. - Mentor junior QA staff. - Support basic automation testing (preferred). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Participate in test planning and requirements analysis. Qualifications Required: - 4-8 years of manual QA experience. - Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies. - Proficient in SQL for data validation. - Experience with Postman for API testing. Nice to have: - Exposure to Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright. - Scripting knowledge in Python or Java. - Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
