Software Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain

  manual and automated test cases

• Conduct

  functional, regression, performance, and UI testing

  of web and mobile applications
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product teams to ensure complete test coverage
• Identify, record, and document bugs thoroughly
• Verify issue fixes and perform re-testing
• Prepare and maintain test documentation, test plans, and bug reports
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards before release
• Participate in

  agile ceremonies

  like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

Qualifications

• 0–2 years

  of experience in

  software testing

  (manual and/or automation)
• Solid understanding of

  SDLC

  and

  STLC

• Hands-on experience with

  bug tracking tools

• Experience in writing

  test cases, test plans

  , and test reports
• Familiarity with

  automated testing tools

  (Selenium, Appium, or similar) is a plus
• Basic knowledge of

  HTML/CSS

  , APIs, or scripting languages is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Bachelor’s degree in

  Computer Science
