Software Test Analyst II

The Investment Accounting Manager team focuses on providing investment management accounting and reporting solutions for Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds, and Fund Administrators. Working in an Agile Scrum framework, you will collaborate with members from Testing, Development, and Business Analyst groups to deliver projects based on client and internal requirements with high quality and within tight timelines. Your responsibilities will include efficient functional testing of projects and client issues, preparation of test plans and strategies, regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not impacted by changes, and communication of testing activities and findings effectively. You will also be involved in creating automation scripts for project test cases and identifying risks with mitigation strategies. To succeed in this role, you must have knowledge of investment banking and fund accounting domains, methods, tools, and technologies used in software testing, quality management, and defect-free application software development. Additionally, you should have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and the ability to work in an agile development environment. Experience with Agile Scrum/Kanban, fluency in English, excellent communication skills, and an organized approach to managing priorities will be advantageous. You should also be a self-starter with a team mindset, capable of working autonomously and collaboratively with global teams.
