Description
As a Quality Assurance Tester at FIS, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging issues in financial services and technology. You will be a part of a vibrant team that supports the Director Access product, an online platform for board members to access board packages, meeting minutes, and other board-related information. Your role will involve working closely with developers, BAs, and other team members to understand requirements, create and execute automation test scripts, evaluate product code, and provide detailed documentation of test results and defects. Additionally, you will report bugs and errors to development teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with developers, BAs, and team members to understand requirements, identify test scenarios, and ensure test coverage - Create and execute automation test scripts and analyze results - Evaluate product code according to specifications - Provide detailed documentation of test results and defects - Report bugs and errors to development teams - Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle Qualifications Required: - 5 to 7 years of experience in Functional and Automation testing with Banking domain - Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role - Proficiency in programming language such as C# - Experience in Frontend automation testing using Selenium - Understanding of Project life cycle activities and QA methodologies - Knowledge of Agile methodologies - Ability to document and troubleshoot errors - Working knowledge of test case management software (e.g. Quality Center, JIRA, Zephyr, etc) and SQL - Excellent communication skills - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills If you have knowledge of FIS products and services, business goals, objectives, business operations, financial services industry, API Testing, and CICD tools, it would be considered an added bonus.
