Software Support Associate

As a Software Testing and Customer Support Associate at our company, your role will primarily involve software testing, troubleshooting, and providing customer support. You will be responsible for gathering customer feedback through phone, online, and remote access. Additionally, you will play a key role in gathering customer requirements for new deliveries and preparing software builds for deployments. Your assistance will be required in maintaining necessary documentation and copywriting user manuals to support module owners. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct software testing and troubleshooting - Provide customer support through various channels - Gather customer feedback and requirements - Prepare software builds for deployments - Assist in maintaining documentation - Copywrite user manuals Qualification Required: - B.Tech in IT/CSE, BCA, BSc in IT, Diploma with relevant skills, or equivalent qualification - Sound interpersonal skills - Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel - Good troubleshooting, documentation, and presentation skills Desirable Experience: - 0-1 years of relevant experience In terms of compensation, the starting salary for this position ranges from Rs 1.2 to 1.8 lakh per annum, along with additional benefits such as a mobile phone and travel allowance.
