Software Quality Assurance Lead

As a Software Quality Assurance Lead at Indea Design, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications. With either a Master's or Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Software QA Testing, you will be responsible for defining quality standards and metrics for each project. Your duties will include preparing test plans, test cases, and test data, as well as setting goals for QA Engineers and monitoring their progress. You will be tasked with discovering bugs in applications, executing test cases, analyzing results, and identifying potential user problems. Post-implementation testing, following quality best practices, and providing feedback to developers for improvements will be key aspects of your role. You will define QA and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, ensure effective application of test processes, and mitigate project risks. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders to understand automation testing scopes and ensure project quality will be essential. Your skills in API testing, testing tools and methodologies, writing test cases, and web security technology will be put to good use. Hands-on experience with automation tools and the ability to learn new technologies will be advantageous. Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills are required, and experience in business analysis will be a plus.
