Senior QA lead

The role involves defining and implementing the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Quality assurance process according to project requirements. You will be responsible for applying test processes efficiently using appropriate tools, techniques, and methodologies. Your tasks will include defining and executing test plans and detailed test cases based on requirements, conducting manual testing of applications, analyzing test results, and providing actionable feedback to developers and stakeholders. It will be your responsibility to ensure milestones are met and deliveries are executed as planned. Automation testing will need to be implemented where necessary, and collaboration with other teams and stakeholders is essential for a smooth flow of actions. Additionally, you will be required to generate status reports and documentations, mentor and guide other QA team members, and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement of the QA process. To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in information technology or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance of Web and Mobile applications. You should possess strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices, as well as familiarity with Agile Software Development Methodologies. Knowledge in Automation Testing, preferably Selenium or Cyprus, and SQL will be advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration.
