Software Quality Assurance Lead

As a Software Quality Assurance Lead at Indea Design in Mangalore, Karnataka, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality standards and metrics for each project are defined and met. With a Master's or Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Software QA Test, you will be responsible for preparing test plans, test cases, and test data. Your expertise in API testing, testing tools and methodologies, writing test cases and test plans, and knowledge of software and web security technology will be essential. Additionally, hands-on experience in automation tools and a proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies in the industry will be valuable assets. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively train, motivate, and correct the QA team to meet quality standards. Critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and good time management skills are key attributes for success in this role. Experience in business analysis will be a plus.
