Software Quality Assurance Intern

Role Overview: You will be joining the QA team at Packfora as a Software Quality Assurance Intern for a duration of 6 months in Mumbai. Your main responsibility will be to validate the reliability, performance, and quality of the Product platform and its IoT-enabled solutions. This role will provide you with hands-on exposure to end-to-end software testing, including functional and UI validation, regression, integration testing, and IoT device handshake and data validation. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on product workflows. - Perform manual testing to validate functionality, data accuracy, UI/UX consistency, and user interactions. - Log, track, and retest defects; collaborate closely with developers for issue resolution. - Support regression, sanity, and integration testing during release cycles. - Maintain detailed test documentation and reports. - Perform IoT device and platform handshake. - Conduct field/bench testing for device connectivity, accuracy, and synchronization. - Verify data integrity between hardware and software systems. Qualification Required: - B.Tech in Computer Science / IT / ECE (2025 pass outs) Desired Skills & Attributes: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC. - Familiarity with test case design, defect tracking, and browser-based testing. - Exposure to IoT fundamentals is an advantage. - Detail-oriented with a structured, ownership-driven mindset. - Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
