Software - QA Engineer (Lead)

Role Overview: You have an exciting opportunity to join as a Lead QA Engineer with expertise in quality assurance and testing methodologies. As a core member of the QA Team, you will be responsible for owning the quality assurance processes for projects, leading a team, designing testing strategies, and ensuring seamless functionality in enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and execute test automation using Cypress / Selenium, Java, and JavaScript. - Plan and execute manual testing to ensure thorough test coverage and identify potential issues. - Gather and analyze requirements to design effective testing strategies. - Define and oversee input requirements, process timelines, and testing plans. - Set up and maintain QA environments, tools, machines, and platforms. - Develop detailed execution plans for testing cycles. - Define and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and testing processes. - Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with project goals and timelines. - Interface with the Support team for Customer Queries / Bugs and their resolution. Qualification Required: - MCA, B.Tech or higher in CS / IT fields - 6 to 10 years of experience - Testing Automation: 3+ Years, Manual: 4+ Years, Overall experience 6+ Years Additional Company Details (if present): This company values individuals with good IQ level, logical thinking, teamwork skills, and effective communication.
