Software Product Support

We are seeking a Software Product Support personnel to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for explaining the features and workflows of our software products to our customers. You should possess the ability to understand software products and effectively communicate with customers over the phone. Familiarity with remote access tools such as TeamViewer and Ammyy is required. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting operating system level problems, particularly in Windows operating systems like Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, and Windows XP. Additionally, you should be well-versed in various virus protection software and their configurations. Experience in troubleshooting SQL Server and IIS level problems is preferred. Knowledge of SQL Server installation procedures and basic troubleshooting is a plus. A basic understanding of Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS), TCP-IP networking, and written communication skills for emails and Support Ticket notes are essential for this role. The ability to communicate with customers via popular chat software like Skype is also beneficial.
