Your main responsibilities will include onboarding new clients, configuring and deploying HDPOS, providing training to end users, and delivering ongoing technical support to ensure a seamless and successful user experience. In terms of software implementation, you will be expected to comprehend client requirements and align them with the features of HDPOS software. Your duties will involve the installation and configuration of HDPOS software based on the client's business operations, as well as setting up products, inventory, taxation, billing formats, user roles, and other essential modules. Additionally, you will be required to offer on-site or remote implementation support as needed to guarantee the timely and successful deployment of the software at the client's premises. For technical support, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, tickets, and troubleshooting via phone, email, or remote tools. It will be your duty to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to billing, inventory, or software functionality. Should any complex issues arise, you will be expected to escalate them to the development team and ensure follow-up until resolution. Keeping records of client interactions and updates in the CRM or support system will also fall under your purview. As the primary contact person for clients during and post the implementation phase, you will be tasked with cultivating strong, long-term relationships by understanding their business objectives and aligning HDPOS features to support those objectives. You will need to provide timely updates, support, and guidance to ensure client contentment and product adoption. Proactively engaging with clients to ensure smooth usage and identifying opportunities for upselling or additional modules will be crucial. Moreover, collecting client feedback and communicating insights to internal teams to enhance product performance and service delivery will be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, along with 0-3 years of experience in software support or implementation (experience in POS or billing software is preferred). A robust understanding of Windows-based applications and databases (SQL knowledge is advantageous), excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple client implementations are essential. Please note that up to 90% travel may be required for on-site implementation when necessary.
