Job Description

As an experienced software product sales professional, you will be responsible for selling SaaS-based IT HR products to enterprise clients globally. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in filling up the sales pipeline, qualifying leads, and developing new opportunities. Your duties will include prospecting, educating, qualifying, developing, and closing target accounts to generate sales-ready leads. You must have a proven track record of meeting sales expectations, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, experience in digital marketing to support sales efforts is desirable. You will also represent the company and its products at various forums and conferences. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your 8 to 15 years of experience in software product sales to engage with clients worldwide. - Sell SaaS-based IT HR products to enterprise clients, with a preference for those with a global presence. - Collaborate with the CEO to build and qualify the sales pipeline, develop new opportunities, and close deals. - Generate leads through email campaigns, communicate product value to customers, and finalize sales. - Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, track sales metrics, and manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure. - Participate in forums or conferences to represent the company and its offerings. - Establish new customer relationships by converting potential sales leads effectively. Qualifications Required: - 8 to 15 years of experience in software product sales. - Strong track record of meeting sales targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Experience in digital marketing to support sales efforts is a plus.
