Software Operations Associate

You will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and support of the Shipmate software, providing user training and ongoing product support, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders, and performing data entry, documentation, and other back-office tasks. As a proactive and detail-oriented professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of a Singapore-based company from its Indian office. To qualify for this role, you should be a graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years of experience in software usage, implementation, or customer support. Experience in merchant shipping operations or maritime office procedures is considered a plus. This is a full-time job that requires you to work in the morning shift at the Indian office of a Singapore-based Shipping Company.
