Software Operations Associate

Location: Indian Office (for a Singapore-based Shipping Company)

About the Role

We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support the operations of a Singapore-based company from its Indian office. The role involves software implementation, user support, and coordination for a leading maritime software platform (Shipmate).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and support of the Shipmate software
• Provide user training and ongoing product suppor
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders
• Perform data entry, documentation, and other back-office task

Qualifications
Need Immediate Joiner

Graduate in any discipline

Minimum 2 years of experience in software usage, implementation, or customer supportExperience in merchant shipping operations or maritime office procedures is a plus
