Position:
Software Manual Test Engineer + Technical Writer
Job Shift:
Day Shift

1 to 3 years

Job Location:
Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze Business requirements and prepare test cases
Execute test cases, perform regression testing, and prepare test reports
Track and follow up on bugs and issues
Participate in requirement discussions, demos, and test plan reviews
Create and update release notes, user manuals, SOPs, and training documents
Review, refine, and standardize content from developers, QC, and SMEs
Maintain documentation standards, templates, and version control
Identify documentation gaps and recommend improvements

Required Qualifications:

Knowledge of API testing (REST), JSON, and Postman
Familiarity with Jira and Agile methodologies
Complete STLC knowledge & working experience.

Ability to write clear and structured documentation
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
Strong analytical, communication, and technical comprehension skills
Experience with MS Office and Google Workspace

Preferred:

Experience in mortgage or financial services
1+ years of experience
Working experience on chatbot or AI applications is an advantage.
Knowledge of standards ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022 is a plus.
