Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client queries via phone, email, or remote tools.
  • Understand and document client-reported issues and provide step-by-step assistance.
  • Guide clients through software functionalities, usage, and best practices.
  • Escalate technical or unresolved issues to the development/support team.
  • Record all client interactions and maintain support logs.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied.
  • Provide basic training or onboarding support to new software users.

Who Can Apply:

  • Fresher’s or Experienced candidates with any graduation background (B.Com. B.Sc., BCA, etc.).
  • Good communication skills and basic computer knowledge is a plus.
  • Should be eager to learn and ready to support clients politely and professionally.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Shift:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kalyani, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
