Job Overview We are seeking motivated Junior Full Stack Developers with 2 years of experience to join our NEFT/RTGS payment processing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in both frontend and backend technologies while working on high-impact financial transaction systems. The ideal candidate will assist senior team members in building robust full stack solutions while growing their technical skills in a collaborative environment. Roles & Responsibilities Frontend Development Assist in developing user interfaces using React.js, Redux, and TypeScript Implement responsive designs that work across different devices and screen sizes Ensure cross-browser compatibility across major browsers (Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox) Learn and apply modern frontend development practices and UI component libraries Backend Development Support the development of RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and Java Assist in implementing transaction handling and payment processing logic Learn to apply Spring Security principles to protect APIs Gain familiarity with messaging technologies, preferably IBM MQ Write clean, maintainable code following established team standards Database Management Write and optimize SQL queries for Oracle databases Learn database design principles for secure transaction storage Assist in implementing caching solutions with Eh-Cache to improve performance Application Support & Deployment Knowledge of web and application servers and application deployments Learn basic Linux commands for server management Assist in monitoring application performance and troubleshooting issues Support CI/CD pipeline implementation for streamlined deployments Collaboration Communicate effectively with team members Update documentation to maintain knowledge base Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills Frontend Technologies: Basic proficiency in React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript Backend Development: Hands-on knowledge of Java programming and Spring Boot basics Database Skills: Understanding of SQL and experience with relational databases Java Programming: Understanding of object-oriented programming principles Algorithm Knowledge: Basic understanding of algorithms and data structures Version Control: Experience with Git or other version control systems Testing: Familiarity with basic testing concepts and frameworks like JUnit Application Servers: Basic knowledge of application servers like Apache Tomcat Additional Skills Strong eagerness to learn and problem-solving aptitude Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Good communication skills for effective collaboration Attention to detail and commitment to code quality Ability to accept and implement feedback from senior team members Education B.E. / B.
