Software Engineering Manager (React & DOT NET)

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager to lead our Frontend and Backend development teams. This role requires a balance of technical depth, strategic thinking, and people leadership. You will work closely with stakeholders across product, data, and business functions to deliver reliable, high-performing systems that power advanced analytics and decision-making in the travel and airline industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of

  React

  and

  .NET

  developers.
• Drive technical excellence and best practices across frontend and backend domains.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Engineers, and Designers to align technology with business goals.
• Oversee architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance across all systems.
• Support sprint planning, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
• Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, automation, and adherence to agile methodologies.
• Partner with leadership to shape the product roadmap and define long-term technology strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years in a

  leadership or management role

• Strong technical foundation in

  backend (.NET / C# / SQL Server)

  and

  frontend (React)

  development.
• Proven ability to manage distributed or hybrid engineering teams.
• Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
